    What you'll learn

    Explicit Dynamics

    Static Structural Analysis

    Modal Analysis

    Steady-State Thermal Analysis

    Requirements

    Basics knowledge of Engineering subjects

Knowledge of numerical method of FEA

    Description

This course is the eighth part of the lecture series on ANSYS Workbench software. It takes you through various modules of ANSYS Workbench like Explicit Dynamics, Static Structural, Hydrostatic Pressure, Modal and Steady-State Thermal Analysis. Various numerical are solved to explain various concepts and features of the software and for practice so that expertise can be gained in handling the software. We start with Explicit Dynamics Analysis which explains how to analyse the Crushing of Water Bottle.Second section deals with Static Structural Analysis. Here we analyze in ANSYS Workbench models like Solid Circular Concrete Column, Solid Rectangular Concrete Column, Hollow Circular Concrete Column, Hollow Rectangular Concrete Column, CFST Circular Column, CFST Rectangular Column, PET Water Bottle for static structural and hydrostatic pressure. Third section is all about the Hydrostatic Pressure Analysis of Water Bottle.Fourth section deals with Modal Analysis. Various numerical are solved for like CFST Circular Column, Square CFST Column and PET Water Bottle. Fifth section deals with Steady-State Thermal of Circular CFST Column, PET Water Bottle Containing Hot Water and PET Water Bottle Containing Chilled Water.Basic version of this course is available in the previous part of this series ANSYS Workbench Tutorials. Advanced version of the courses are also available namely, Advanced Structural Analysis, ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-II, ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-III, ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-IV, ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-V, ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-VI and ANSYS Workbench Tutorials Part-VII. Join those course to learn the basic concepts of these modules and more.
