Description
This course is based upon my personal experience of attracting toxic relationships, particularly an 11 year marriage featuring emotional abuse and infertility. Here I share what I have learned and the steps I took towards breaking free from these patterns once and for all. I am now surrounded with healthy loving relationships based upon honesty, trust, respect and growth.In this course you will learn:What makes a relationship toxic. What are the signs that you are attracting toxic relationships?Is a toxic relationship fixable. How do we know whether we should keep trying and whether and when to leave?When and how do we break the pattern. How do we break free?You will be able to:Recognise when a relationship is toxic and the types of toxic relationships which exist (abusive, narcissistic, codependent)Identify what is an emotional trigger and what is a normal reactionAssess the impact of staying or leaving. Should I stay or should I go and if I stay how will I know when is the right time to leave?Conduct the correct actions to move away from toxic relationships without feeling guilty. How to handle your own emotions and how to work with your partner in order to process this breakup in the most effective way, which promotes peace and growth for both partners.Succeed in dealing with lack of cooperation from the partner. What do you do when you need to deal with your own stuff and have a partner who refuses to accept that the relationship is over.The course includes a series of videos accompanied with a worksheet with journaling prompts and action steps. It requires a dedication of half an hour per day for self development.
