Description
TO THE PARENTS OR GUARDIAN: This course, as with most CompuRead courses, is designed to be worked with by a child. As per Udemy guidelines, an underage child may not sign up for this course independent of a responsible adult. Therefore, please have a parent or guardian sign up under their account. The course is one of the intermediate reading levels within the CompuRead series. It instructs the student about becoming proficient in learning new things in life. For a young student, when first starting out, some things might seem difficult and this story encourages students to not get discouraged when they first try something new, and most importantly, to keep going against all feelings of despondency and frustration.Teaching children about pursuing talents and gifts will give them a sense of accomplishment and feeling they can contribute to society in a positive manner. As a child gets older, with more confidence and natural abilities, encourage them to try new things and to try things on for size. If a new project does not suit them, then as a parent or teacher, then don’t worry about it and encourage them to try other things.Eventually, as the child gets more skills and does develop their own talents, encourage them to keep on practicing to see how far they are able to naturally develop newly acquired skills.Learning is a life long process.
