This module helps you build somatic presence, gently attune to physical sensations, and create space for what’s underneath the surface.Breathe – Learn to use your breath as a tool to regulate your nervous system, shift emotional states, and anchor into the present moment. These simple but powerful techniques help bring balance in moments of intensity.Feel – This is where the deeper somatic work happens. Through intuitive movement, body-based inquiry, and emotional exploration, you’ll safely access and release stored emotions like sadness, fear, anger, and stress—making room for joy, ease, and clarity.Meditate – In this final module, you’ll soften into presence.
