Description
The mini course does not cover the entire Fit Kombat athletics; here, only the crossbar/post training and soccer ball training are described. This version of Kombat does not include acrobatic parts, and thanks to the low cardiovascular expenditure, it is accessible to virtually all interested parties.Simple exercises to memorize the limbs in specific movements.Kicks and punches have no power, but are neutral to the movement itself. So, physical strength and power are excluded, which implies muscle relaxation throughout the entire duration. Therefore, the practice should be performed as much as possible with relaxed muscles.Technical rigor is required more than the quantity of physical exercise. TRUE TRAINING OCCURS WHEN WE PREFER TECHNIQUE OVER QUANTITY.The final goal is:- Precision- Speed- Greater skillThe presented course is part of a possible complete training for Fit Kombat, rich and articulated.Complete, it would have 4 total training methods, plus their possible combination:- Bodyweight- Crossbar-post- Soccer ball- Light hanging bag (h=1m, weight=1kg)The base in this case is not the usual standard movements for Fit Kombat aerobics, but the choice of Kung Fu and its very technical aspect. It is important to say that it is not a combat technique, but only an artistic sequence!
