Easy and short classes directly from your bed" course is an engaging course that will help you to get familiar with yoga.You will learn different asana and pranayama (Khalabhati, Bhastrika, Ujjayi, Purna, Nadi Sodhana Pranayama and others).Inside the course, you will find 10 short yoga classes for 10 to 17 minutes.Each of the lessons has a specific purpose, furthermore, they are all good to do. Even those which at first sight require additional flexibility are good for training your muscles' elasticity and mind flexibility. In this short yoga lesson, we are going to focus on the abdomen muscles and conclude our practice with breathing at equal times. In this short yoga class, we will focus on elongation of the rear legs muscles and tone and stretch the iliopsoas muscle responsible for the correct posture. This practice is perfect to do from your bed."Short yoga practice for the hips opening. Learn how to middle split." In this short yoga class, we will work on the hips opening and try to reach the middle split. You can do this practice comfortably from your bed."Short yoga practice for the back's tensions relief." We will dedicate this short yoga class to letting go of back pain and tension. You can do this practice directly from your bed."Short yoga practice to tone your body and relax your mind. Ujjayi breathing." In this short yoga class, you will tone your body and relax your mind. We will conclude the practice with the breath of Ujjayi. In this short yoga class, we will work on improving posture by strengthening the back muscles. We will start our lesson with the Purna Pranayma.
