How To Build A Preaching Team is an online masterclass designed to give you the tools to intentionally build a collaborative teaching team approach for your Sunday sermons. If done strategically, this approach will alleviate pressure on the senior pastor, encourage and develop your staff, and bless your congregation with a diversity of voices! Taught by teaching pastor Andy Klenke, this course will share some of his learnings and best practices on how to empower, equip, and invest in a teaching team.
