    Now more than ever, we need to develop deliberate and consistent mental habits. This course is for individuals looking to level up their mental game and perform at their PEAK. There are many course out there that can aid in this cause, this one is unique because of the instructor and the focus on HOW to actually utilize the skills taught. Chris Gudjenov has worked in sport psychology for almost a decade and is currently working with the US Army, dozens of Professional Hockey and Soccer athletes, as well as multiple health & fitness companies. He has designed and deliver mental performance coaching programs to thousands of Soldiers, athletes, and executives. Through his humor and insight, you will learn the keys to unlocking your mental game. In this course you will learn the foundations of what it takes to perform at your PEAK.
