I've worked with everyone - from complete beginners to elite athletes, post-surgery clients, and people managing chronic conditions. I understand how to adapt Pilates for real life, not just ideal scenarios, and work hard to blend clinical insight with approachable instruction, bringing research, technique, and heart into every class. For that reason, this course is perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. With a strong focus on technique, alignment, and body awareness, you’ll learn how to safely and effectively build a solid Pilates foundation. The course content is delivered through a mix of short, easy-to-follow educational and practical videos, making it ideal for learning at home or on the go, and easy to build a regular Pilates practice - even with a busy schedule, family life, or while travelling. You will be introduced to the history of Pilates, the Core Canister, and the core principles that make Pilates such an effective movement method. Through practical technique videos and six progressive express classes, you'll explore key movements and exercise routines which target postural strength, spine health, core stability, and gluteal strength.As a former international course instructor, I’ve designed this program to blend expert clinical insight with functional, real-life movement education.
