Description
This digital course will encourage you to dedicate a little time to yourself and feel good in your body whilst navigating a very special time. I have first designed this course to guide my own postnatal recovery after the birth of my son. As a Pilates teacher and pre & postnatal specialist myself, I felt confident in having the tools I needed at the time. Yet, as a new mom, I soon realised how easy it is to put ourselves aside, and how challenging it can be to seek for professional advice whilst juggling a new born.So this course was made to build a bridge, and provide the kind support I wished existed, for these initial days, weeks and months.Ultimately, it will enable you to:(re)gain physical strength (re)connect to your body (re)build a routine The program begins with short easily-accessible videos to support you targeting specific postnatal goals (such as improving circulation, addressing abdominal separation, pelvic floor rehabilitation etc), and it develops into gradually longer and more wholesome movement sequences, enabling you to safely build a regular practice in the intimacy of your own home.Hoping you will find in this course a good companion, I send you my love mamas x
