Steel mfg process includes MTS, MTO, By & CO products ,Mixed Costing, Multi Special Procurements(STO & Withdrawal)

What you'll learn

SAP "Product Costing" can be implemented in "Steel Manufacturing" in S/4 HANA 1909.

Requirements

SAP FI and CO module are required and also basics of Product Costing knowledge

Description

"SAP CO: "Product Costing: can be implemented in Steel manufacturing"1).This course is very useful to SAP Consultants who want to implement in Steel industry sectors in the green field implementation SAP Project whether in S4 HANA and or ECC2).This course is designed in a very structural and details step by step way like practical Live scenarios.3). Steel manufacturing process includes Make To Stock scenario , Make To Order scenario , By & CO products , Mixed Costing process and special procurements (Stock transfer and with drawn from different plants).                                                                     ProcessIn Steel , Manufacturing process first we need prepare Iron Making and then Steel and then go for Finishing. Iron making/Hot Metal:==>Principal Input Materials : Iron Ore, Lime Stone and Coke.==>Process : Blast Furnace Iron is manufactured in a blast furnace. First, iron ore is mixed with coke and heated to form an iron-rich clinker called ‘sinter’. Sintering is an important part of the overall process as it reduces waste and provides an efficient raw material for Iron making.Coke is produced from carefully selected grades of coal. Different grades of coal are stocked separately and blended before transfer to coke ovens. Primary  Steel Making:==>Principal Input Materials : Iron/Hot Metal with Scrap Steel==>Process : Two ways It can be done Basic oxygen furnace and Electric Arc furnace. Here, Some customers typically required Mixed Costing Process and some one not. Basic Oxygen FurnaceHot metal from the blast furnace and steel scrap are the principal materials used in Basic Oxygen Steelmaking (BOS). Electric Arc FurnaceThe Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) uses DRI and scrap metal.Mixed Costing process with Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF) + Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) methodsSecondary Steel Making:SLABS , BILLETS and BLOOMS forming                                      "Typical Costing month end closing Part"F-02 : All FI expenses booking to common cost centerKB31N : SKF-data booked to Production cost centersKSU1 : Assessment Cycle Creation and Assessment cost element also creationCPTD : Actual Template Allocation for Other Overhead ExpensesKSU5 : Assessment cycle Run for allocating expenses to Production cost centersKSS2 : Cost Splitting to activities wiseKSII : Actual activity rate CalculationCON2 : Revaluation ordersCO8B : Co Product settlementKKS1 : Variance calculationCO88 : Order Settlement
