Description
In this course you will learn the basics of coding as everything you need to know should you want to sit for the CPC exam. This course is designed for those who just getting their feet wet in this industry and are looking for more training and experience. This course teaches the ins and outs from the very beginning of coding. As your instructor, I will teach you compliance, HIPAA, Insurance, as well as break down the different Medicare regulations surrounding coding. Becoming familiar with and learning these things will give you a better understanding of how coding and works.We will then move on into the anatomy portion of our studies and after that we will begin to dive into our books and take a closer look at the ICD-10-CM manual to be able to get a better understanding of how it works and how to use it. My course is designed to be easy as long as the student is dedicated, engaged and asks questions.We have weekly zoom meetings to ask questions about anything that you do not understand, and I also have office hours to be able to make an appoint to have a one on one. I am here for your success!
