Description

There is a lot of noise out there regarding "mindfulness," which is excellent on the one hand. But on the other hand, they don´t explain it adequately to new practitioners and leave people hanging. Without fully understanding it, it can be pretty daunting to practice mindfulness. It happened to me when I was in the corporate field. There was a time when I was running on autopilot in my work and did not notice much around me. I had lost touch with myself as I was too focused on getting the next promotion and getting ahead in my career.  Whenever someone mentioned mindfulness, I shrugged it off as "another hippie thing" and would not even try it. Luckily, I met a coach who introduced me to mindfulness and various other relaxation techniques. My life was transformed after that. I became much more successful in my career and reached many different goals in my life. So I decided to leave my corporate job and partner with licensed experts to create stress management programs for other professionals who are missing out on these life-changing practices. Through our company Qyro, we have created this enjoyable and engaging training to walk you through all the critical steps of mindfulness. Our ultimate goal is to help you create a better quality of life for yourself and reach more success in your career.In this course, we will first walk you through the basics of mindfulness to provide you with a foundational understanding of this technique.
