We all know that it is easy to come up with ideas or devise a strategy but it is very difficult to execute. Execution excellence is what differentiates good companies from great companies. OKR provides a proven framework to operationalize strategy. This can be adopted by both startups and mature organizations.OKR has been used by leading companies like Google and Larry Page, the co-founder of Google credits OKR for some of the successes in Google.One of the biggest challenges in OKR is that OKR is often confused with performance measures like key performance indicators and other goal management framework like balanced scorecard. This program explains the difference between OKRs and KPIs adequately.In addition, a framework to assess the organization's maturity for OKR readiness is also explained. Organizations can use this framework to assess whether they are ready and what is the likelihood of success of OKR.This course has adequate number of examples of OKRs in different industries and business areas.This course is taught by an industry veteran who has driven strategy and operations in MNCs and startups.
