Panzer Tracts No. 11-1

Using original Large-scale drawings of the turret and hundreds of chassis measurements, the Panzer Tracts team has created a new set of ultra-accurate drawings of the rarest of Germany's armored observation vehicle - the Pz. Beob. Wg. Panther. There are also new as-built 1/35th scale prints of the k1. Pz. Bef. Wg. (Sd. Kfz.265) - the first armored vehicle used by forward observers in 1940. Other rare "observation" vehicles include the Feuerleitpanzer (8t Zgkw and BN 10 H) used to launch V-2 missiles and the Panzermesskraftwagen used to observe experiments on test firing ranges. This volume also presents rare photos, 1/35th scale drawings, and accurate statistics of the Sd. Kfz.253, Sd. KfZ.254, Sd.. Kfz..250/5, Sd. KfZ.250/12, Sd. Kfz.251/l.8, Sd. Kfz.251P20, Pz. Beob. Wg. III, and Pz. Beob. Wg. IV. Over 40 rare photos and 20 scale drawings are used to illustrate the 13 different armored observation vehicles in this book.
