    Photographing a piece of art is a valuable tool in order to promote it for sale, share designs, or interact with others. It’s the final stage of the art process, the communication stage. In today’s class, I’ll show ways to use flowers and their petals as props with the sole purpose of complementing a piece of art. I’ll use various flowers, from sunflowers to mums, to hydrangeas, to some I can’t recognize. I’ll explain why I chose them, how I alter them, to use them effectively, and ways to create a composition where the props don’t compete with the artwork.
