In this course, we will:- Explore exactly what PDCA is, going into each section specifically.- Break the approach down further by using a real life example of a PDCA approach, showing you exactly what was done, how, why and its impact.- Explore the need for change and continuous improvement within our businesses.- Run through the various plans, tools and templates that are common when deploying PDCA (such as Implementation Plan, Control Plan etc.)By the end of this course, you will have the knowledge and the confidence to deliver a full end to end Plan Do Check Act project.
