What you’ll learnWith a Certificate of Completion, our graduates will be able to:Demonstrate cultural competency to potential employers with their interest in and knowledge of inclusion, equality and belonging;Delve into socially constructed systems of oppression, patriarchy, racism, classism, gender biases, and heterosexism;Show knowledge of past and present racist practices and attitudes in the US.Are there any course requirements or prerequisites?The only requirement is the desire to expand your knowledge base.
