Hiram Corson's masterpiece in American literature. The goal of Voice and Spiritual Education is to highlight the significance of vocal culture in connection to literature and general culture. Particular emphasis is put on the significance of spiritual education as the ultimate objective of all education. Such education is required to respond to and digest what life has to say to each individual. Without literary brilliance, vocal training is either useless or ineffective. What I mean by spiritual is basic and absolute human beings.
