Description
Summary:
Flow, mass and spectral flow cytometry is more and more commonly used. You might want to analyse data on your own in an unbiased way and see immunological patterns rapidly. This course is there for this purpose. You will have the basics on how to analyse immunological data in R.

The content:
This course is made of videos and written documents.
You will be assisted by Thierry, our blue friend that you will see in almost each video (you have seen him in the trailer video earlier). Thierry had to be patient, because R is sometimes ungrateful. A single mistake can lead to an error. It won't correct automatically what you are typing (not like Google). But don't worry: Thierry made the most common mistakes already and he is happy to share it with you. So it is easier and quicker for you.

Our advice:
This is a step-by-step learning. You don't need to know any basics to start. We will show even how to install R and what is needed to get your mass and flow cytometry analysis working. The pace of the videos is quite slow at the beginning but it gets quicker and quicker, since you are getting used to your new environment. We always advise you to follow the videos and the written instructions (script of the video) at the same time. Flow and mass cytometry files are provided as well. Enjoy all the materials offered.
Who this course is for:
Researchers looking for flow and mass cytometry data analysis
