    Description
    Blepharo-lift Massage is a unique technique aimed at improving the condition of the skin around the eyes, eliminating puffiness and wrinkles, as well as restoring the firmness and tone of the eyelids. As a result, the skin around the eyes is naturally rejuvenated, metabolic processes are accelerated, and a noticeable lifting effect appears. The gaze becomes more open and expressive.

    This massage can serve as a stand-alone, full-fledged procedure aimed at rejuvenating the skin around the eyes, or as an addition that enhances any facial massage technique. The main work is performed on the peri-orbital area.

    Indications:

    puffiness and swelling around the eyes;

    dark circles and bags under the eyes;

    wrinkles around the eyes and on the eyelids;

    eye fatigue from prolonged computer use;

    prevention of age-related skin changes around the eyes;

    frequent dizziness;

    stress;

    regular fatigue;

    headaches, migraines, tinnitus;

    vegetative-vascular dystonia;

    impaired cerebral circulation;

    spasms and tension in the neck-shoulder area.

    Massage technique description

    1. Palm gliding. Starting from the chin line, simultaneously move both hands upward to the peri-orbital area, then place the hands on their outer edge at the bridge of the nose and slowly glide outward at the eye area, moving with light pressure toward the temples.

    2. Circular gliding under the eye. With the right hand, make circular gliding motions under the eye along the fixed part at the cheekbone area, gradually increasing the diameter under the bone, and a third circular pass at the lower jaw. The left hand smooths along, emphasizing the movement, increasing the circle diameter each time. Then switch sides symmetrically.

    3. Alternating palm strokes. With both palms, starting from the temple area, make upward strokes toward the hairline, alternating hands.

    4. Thumb work on the nose area. With both thumbs, move from the wings of the nose along the muscle that lifts the upper lip and wings of the nose, rubbing up and down toward the corrugator muscle. Lift the eyebrow muscle with your thumbs, then make a circular motion toward the temple and return to the starting position.

    5. Finger kneading around the eyes. With both hands at once, use the index, middle, and ring fingers to knead the area of the nose wings, the levator labii superioris alaeque nasi, and the levator labii superioris, then move up the nasal bridge and trace a circle with circular motions around the orbicularis oculi muscle.

    6. Forehead roll-down. Place the index finger in the middle of the orbicularis oculi muscle, press the forehead muscle down with the thumbs to form a small fold, release, and glide downward to the neck area.

    7. Simultaneous upper and lower eyelid glide. Place the right thumb under the brow on the fixed part of the eyelid. Place the left thumb on the lower eyelid’s fixed part. Move both thumbs outward toward the temple. Then switch sides symmetrically.

    8. Vertical gliding. With both thumbs, glide vertically from brow to hairline, moving from one temple to the other.

    9. Walking finger motion. With both index and middle fingers, make walking movements from the center of the forehead toward the temples.

    10. Complex motion. Pinch the upper brow while gliding along the lower part of the outer orbicularis oculi with the index fingers.

    11. Forehead lifting. Place the hand on the forehead, hook the eyebrow muscle with the thumb, pulling it upward. Repeat on the other side.

    12. Fist work on the forehead. With clenched fists, work the frontal muscle, capturing the frontotemporal muscle, moving from the hairline to the brow ridge and back.

    13. Circular motions toward the glabella. With both hands simultaneously, make circular motions with all fingers toward the glabella (between the eyebrows).

    14. Figure-eight movement. Enhance the previous move by tracing a figure-eight shape at the temple.

    15. Large “glasses” motion. Press one hand over the other for weight, working one large figure-eight, as if drawing glasses

    16. Back-of-hand work. Using the backs of the hands, work a small circle at the chin area and a larger one at the cheeks, then rise “locked” to the temple area and work it with circular motions.
