This "Desserts of Vitality"
cookbook contains exclusively vegan-whole food-nutritionally dense recipes. Many of the recipes are low-fat (contain less than 15% of their calories from fat), or are easily integrated into a low-fat diet. Also, almost all of the recipes are gluten-free.
