Description

This course is an extension to my other (FREE!) course - Beauty from Within, Literally. The 'little effort' mentioned in the course title here simply means a few short minutes of massages, with our own two hands. Just do this once a day, keep at it, and you will see your skin get better. How? As mentioned in the course, massages induces blood flow, and flow = healthy. The key is to be consistent, and the key to consistency is simple, easy, sustainable methods.
