Would you like more confidence in your driving lessons or to calm nerves before your driving test?
Or maybe you have already passed your driving test but find yourself actively avoiding certain driving situations that make you feel anxious?
If so, you are not alone, but the good news is that you can learn to overcome your driving fears to become a calm and confident driver.
This course brings together the most effective confidence-building techniques and applies them to a driving context to help you begin to build your confidence in your ability to drive straightaway.
Choose the techniques that appeal to you and commit to trying them on a regular basis to form new confidence-building habits and use them to create your own personal action plan. The course is mainly video-based, and also includes our confidence-building tools for you to download and use such as our Coaching Wheel, Learning Log, and Thought Log. We have included audios to help you manage your stress levels and we have also included some external links to resources that we feel you may find useful.
This course covers five main areas that can have an impact on your confidence, including managing negative thoughts, reducing fear of the unknown, creating driving successes, using imagery, and managing your stress levels.
Do not let anxiety or a lack of confidence stop hold you back from your driving freedom.
