For students that do not have access to Microsoft Office, they can purchase Microsoft Office products from Microsoft using their webpage. We recommend Microsoft 365 which is affordable and you can pay monthly for a minimum of $10 per month. The other option is to utilize Google Drive/Google Docs which provides a web-based version of Microsoft Office Products including Word.
Prior to taking the course, students should have basic typing and computer skills. They should be comfortable navigating a PC or a MAC. They should also know how to use a word processor since they will be creating their resume using Microsoft Word.
