Sceptre Press | ISBN 0706805216 | 1985 | PDF | 156 pages | 38.3 MB
The By the Way Book is a compilation of humorous and satirical columns from the Globe newspaper. The book was first published in 1908 and only four or five copies have survived. This facsimile edition was issued in 1985.
While the humour is rather dated, it remains interesting as a commentary on the politics and society of England in the early 1900s.
