Every book I've posted here I got from Internet, so you can find these titles elsewhere too. But instead of crude leeching I prefer to add some value to my shares.
First, I extract separate images and adjust their brightness/contrast to obtain white background and, possibly, black text, at the same time keeping an eye on removing jpeg artifacts. Then I assemble them into A4-sized PDF and manually shift images that go beyond the margins. The book becomes more suitable for printing.
Then I add bookmarks and assign meaningful tags to MP3 files. This makes using the book and audio more comfortable.
