No experience required but some familiarity with the chakra system is recommended.

Description
The chakra system provides us with such a perfect roadmap to understanding and healing our mind body connection. In this challenge, we'll work with one of the seven major chakras in each class to help you align your energy so you can feel your best physically, mentally and emotionally.
This challenge is suitable for all experience levels. Each class has supine options and other variations for every pose so we can work together to co-create a practice that works best for your body and your energy.
Day 1 - Muladhara - the root chakra which is at the base of the spine so this class is all about getting grounded and connected with the physical body
Day 2 - Svadhisthana - the sacral chakra, associated with our emotions, creativity and sexuality. It’s located at the sacrum and pelvis so we’ll be doing lots of hip openers in this class.
Day 3 - Manipura - the solar plexus which is located just above the navel and is connected to our sense of self confidence, strength and drive. Get ready to work your core in this class!
Day 4 - Anahata the heart chakra and we’ll be doing some really fun breath work to supercharge this energy center which is the bridge between the lower more physically associated chakras and the upper chakras which connect us to others and our spiritual selves
Day 5 - Visuddha the throat chakra which is all about communication and sound so we’ll be doing some chanting in this class
Day 6 - Ajna the third eye chakra at the center of the forehead. Since an imbalance of this chakra can lead to ruminating and overthinking, this class is full of poses and meditation to calm the mind
Day 7 - Sahasrara - This class is a prana nidra meditation for the crown chakra. This meditation gets you deeply in touch with your energy body and teaches you how to mentally control your flow of energy to balance the crown chakra.
