    Description

About The Philosophy in This CourseAnchored in the essential work of Yin leaders Paul Grilley and Bernie Clark, this training is what we may call a "Classical" Yin Training. Strongly steeped in Paul's work and revolutionary understanding of human variation and functional yoga and informed by Bernie's unparalleled research and synthesis of the style, this training focuses on the anatomical benefits and purpose of Yin as a method for stressing and supporting the "Yin" tissues of the body: joints, tendons, and ligaments. With overview of Taoism, Yin & Yang, and Meridian Theory, this Yin program offers a bridge between the ancient wisdom of Taosist theory and modern anatomical understanding.
