ANITA LANG, MA, FACMPE, CLCP, has over thirty years' experience in healthcare, teaching, and consulting. Anita earned a Master of Arts Degree in Health and Human Services Administration from Saint Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University. She currently serves as the Administrator for the internationally recognized Paparella Ear, Head & Neck Institute. Anita earned Fellowship in the American College of Medical Practice Executives through the Medical Group Management Association. She is the author of Coaching: A Creative Structure for Transforming Healthcare, a professional paper published in the ACMPE's Executive View. Anita and her husband, Rich, currently reside in a beautiful planned community in Chanhassen, Minnesota. They have three adult children, a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren who enrich their lives beyond measure.

JENNIFER LANG has a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Oberlin Conservatory/College. From 2008-2012, Jennifer lived in Paris, France, where she taught English and violin and attended music conservatory and professional translation school. She co-launched Sinfonietta Paris Chamber Orchestra (SPCO), a non-profit arts organization showcasing upcoming professional musicians. In 2016, she collaborated with local composer Janika Vandervelde to create an acoustical composition, KAYAK, that incorporates themes of nature and sound with violin. Jennifer performs regularly with the Minnesota Sinfonia and teaches violin in several music schools across the Twin Cities. Certified through the Permaculture Research Institute as an urban farmer, Jennifer remains engaged with community gardening efforts in the Twin Cities community. She is president of Cooperative Energy Futures, a Twin Cities-based energy cooperative with a community solar garden focus.
