Body-part-focused Pilates that always incorporates a small inflatable ball. The eight-inch “squishy ball” mimics expensive Pilates machines while helping to assure correct technique (e.g. lying leg lifts with the ball between your feet — if your core isn’t engaged, the ball falls out). The ball also helps guide movements and improves body positioning. The video has four workout segments, plus a warm-up and stretch. Each section features distinct exercises that target a specific muscle group: abs, obliques/buns, legs/thighs and a final total-body series. Tracey’s cuing is very detailed; she explains every exercise in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Requires a small, inflatable ball.
Pilates Super Sculpt is a deep toning total body workout focusing on correct alignment, flexibility, core strength and a beautiful posture. You will learn exercises that you would normally perform on studio Pilates equipment such as the spine corrector and reformer. Pilates Super Sculpt is performed with a small sponge, or playground, ball creating more challenge and assisting you to execute the workout correctly.

Each section is focused on different body parts allowing you to do a short body specific workout or press ‘Play All’ for a complete 60 minute program. Pilates Super Sculpt is perfect for the beginner to the intermediate exerciser.

Tracey Mallett is an International Master Pilates Instructor, she has taught all over the world and currently owns her own Pilates studio in Los Angeles ATP Specific Training. Tracey has personally been practicing Pilates for over 20 years and now focuses on providing continuing education for Pilates Professionals. She is the creator of The Booty Barre which is a combination of Pilates, Dance and Calisthenics found in many studios across the US. Tracey is also a proud busy mom of two children.

Qualifications: BA in Dance and Theater Arts. Certified teacher/trainer by BASI (Body Arts & Sciences International). Certified by the Physical Mind Institute. Certified by AFAA as a Personal Trainer and Group exercise Instructor.

Personal History: I was born in a small town in northern England and I started taking dance classes at the age of 4. At 16, I was accepted at a prestigious Theatre Arts School in London where I studied Dance and Theater Arts. It was there that I first got introduced to Pilates for body conditioning and aerobic dance. From then on, I was totally hooked. I loved the feeling of inspiring people to feel good. I took the YMCA Aerobic certification in London and started to teach fitness in between musical theater and TV contracts around Europe. I met my husband (Chris) on a cruise line contract; he was a diver and I was playing Marti in 'Grease the Musical.' We married in England and moved out to LA in July of 199. Chris received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and we opened ATP Specific Training and Physical Therapy in South Pasadena which has around 25 employees, including Pilates instructors, personal trainers, and physical therapists. I'm now a proud mother of two young children (Amber and Ty) and really relate to mothers who have problem juggling children, work, and exercise.

Workout Philosophy: Exercise is about having fun and moving the body. Keep your core strong and everything else will fall in to place - better posture equals fewer injuries.

Success Story: A young woman who was a mother of two children struggled with losing her weight after the second child. She was depressed and really didn't like herself. She started doing one of my boot camp videos and lost over 12 pounds in a period of two months and could finally get in those pre-pregnancy jeans. She now loves to exercise and her depression has lifted.
