Embark on a transformative journey towards enhanced strength, flexibility, and vitality with this yoga course tailored to fortify your entire body, with a special focus on nurturing your spine. Through a blend of asanas (poses), mindful breathing techniques, you'll cultivate a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. The course includes 4 classes from 30 to 50 minutes to help you to build core stability, increase muscular endurance, and unlock tightness, promoting suppleness and resilience throughout your spine. The program is designed to practice once a week during a month to work the whole body. But you can feel free to do the classes in an order you wish. You can also repeat the same class during the week and then move on to the next practice.  This course is built in order to help you to experience:Pain Relief: to learn gentle stretches to alleviate back pain, targeting common areas of tension and discomfort.Improved Posture: to develop awareness of proper alignment and posture .Enhanced Flexibility: to increase flexibility and mobility in the spine, promoting greater range of motion and reducing stiffness.Core Strength: to strengthen the muscles surrounding the spine to provide essential support and stability, reducing the risk of injury.Stress Reduction: to utilize breath-centered practices to release tension held in the body, fostering relaxation and reducing stress levels.Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, join me in embracing the power of yoga to unlock your body's innate potential for strength, flexibility, and profound well-being.
