This has to be the best exercise manual I have purchased. No equipment required. You will get results, very quickly. From what has been shown to me by yoga instructors, some of the exercises are yoga poses. There are enough things demonstrated in this book to keep interest level high - workouts will never go stale. I can't recommend this book enough - Matt Furey deserves major kudos here.
