Paragraphs are units of any text content. Be it writing business emails, research paper or writing an article, if one do not know what to write and how to write; what to include and what not to, then however rich and informative the content is, it will fail to generate desired responses.
This course will help all those who writes for business purposes like C level executives, researchers, content writers. This course will help students appearing IELTS or similar exams for their preparation of writing modules. But this course is not for creative writers as creative writing have different requirements. A course taker can understand how to generate and develop ideas, how to plan content and how to write an easy to read paragraph with proper structure. While learning generating ideas for a body paragraph of any letter, email or article, I will discuss the process of using questioning. Then we will learn how to plan content using a mind map. Next, I will discuss structure of a paragraph and use of different types of sentences like, topic sentences, supporting sentences and concluding sentences. Finally I will discuss to use linking words or cohesive devices to make paragraphs more engaging. I will also discuss the process of writing special purpose paragraphs.
