I started baking sourdough a few years ago, and I kid you not—every single time a friend or family member walked into my house and caught a whiff of that warm, freshly baked bread… they’d ask what is that wonderful smell?! Then they’d see the loaf, take a bite, and immediately say, Okay, I need you to teach me how to make this! It happened over and over again until I finally realized—I’ve got to put this into a system and share it with more people. So, here we are, friend. I’m going to teach you how to bake amazing, artisan sourdough bread right from your own kitchen.
I’ve created a step-by-step course that’s beginner-friendly, stress-free, and actually fun. It’s all the info you need without the science-overload or sourdough snobbery. Since launching the course, students are now baking bakery-level (or let’s be real, better than bakery) artisan loaves from home—and their friends and family are loving it too.
