Description
This course covers bringing several elements of contemporary mindfulness into a Wiccan practice, enhancing our ability to shape the unformed into a beautiful reality.
The three sections are: The Chakras and Wicca, Meditation in Wicca, and Scents of the Sacred.
We will explore:
The chakras and how they pertain to Wicca and the practice of magick
The practice of meditation from a Wiccan perspective
Aromatherapy with incense for an elevated magickal practice
You will learn:
The fundamentals of energy and chakras
Energy work techniques
New meditation techniques and perspectives
Developing nature-based mindfulness
Incorporating the seasons, elements, and lunar phases into your personal magickal practice
Aromatherapy and incense from a spiritual perspective
This course is for anyone wishing to invite more mindfulness and peace into their daily life, and there are no prerequisites beyond a willingness to learn and relax. Some familiarity with Wicca is helpful, but not necessary; all spiritual relationships are welcome and honored. If you already incorporate energy work, meditation, or aromatherapy into your personal spiritual practice, this course will explain how these elements have parallels to a magickal practice, as well, as we explore the symbiotic relationship between the old ways and the practices of modern days.
