Hi, I'm Sabrina Bliem, "The Karate Shrimp."

I'm a blogger, performance coach, karate instructor, amateur athlete, and mom of two amazing kids. I have a degree in Dietetics, and certification as a Sport & Exercise Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach through NASM.

In this course, I will teach you how to improve your mobility in your shoulders and thoracic spine via a 4-step corrective exercise process. This method will target both the underactive as well as the overactive muscles that commonly contribute to limited mobility and range of motion in your shoulders. Specifically, we will be inhibiting overactivity in tight muscles, lengthening overactive muscles, strengthening underactive muscles, and finally performing a series of integrative exercises that will restore optimal functioning in this area.

These exercises are safe and proven, and for anyone who wants to improve range of motion, flexibility, strength, and mobility in their shoulders and thoracic spine.

Make sure to get clearance from a healthcare provider before performing any of these exercises if you have any concerns, or have any active injuries or have recently undergone surgery. Once you have healed up and gotten medical clearance, you can go through the exercises in this course and get optimal results.

Who this course is for:
