Description
The Chinese medical understanding of illness is dominated by reasoning based on Qi. Healthy Qi pertains to the body's resistance to disease, whereas Evil Qi refers to a variety of pathogens. In other words, the emergence of a disease depends not only on the disease but also on the body's resistance to it.

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi aims to adjust the body's internal functions by self-practice, to mobilize the human body's own potential, to give full expression to the subjective initiative of the human body, and to rely on its own strength to cure diseases and strengthen the body.

You may experience soreness, numbness, swelling, heat, etc. in your hands, feet, or other areas of your body when practicing Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, or a warm current may flow through your body, causing you to sweat slightly. Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi can be used to cleanse the meridians, harmonize blood and Qi, and prevent and treat sickness.

In Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Set 7, you will learn the following movements:

1. Turning a pearl in the air
2. Aiming at a big bird
3. Flowers in Full Bloom
4. Codfish swimming gracefully
5. Stepping forward and gazing at the sky
6. Brushing knee and pushing palm
7. Kicking your legs and squatting down
8. Swaying and swinging your arms
9. Lifting your legs and punching simultaneously
10. Jumping gracefully
11. Dancing gracefully
12. Scooping and striking with your palms
13. Peacock swaying its tail elegantly
14. Pushing palms with crossing fingers
15. Carp fish umping and turning backwards
16. Jumping and clapping cheerfully
17. Relaxing your muscles
18. Regulate breathing with calmness

Each set of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi consists of 18 movements, each of which consists of a single simple movement, making it simpler and easier to learn than Tai Chi. However, despite the simplicity of the movements, they contain the Taijiquan traits of being uniform, delicate, stretched, elegant, with the mind and body as one, and the body as one with the mind.

Who this course is for:
