    Join me for a delicious class that is all about tofu!
    In this fun, informative class we will make simple, wonderful recipes that don’t need any special equipment.
    You will also learn recipes to feature the tofu dishes we make, and various serving options, as well as how to create different flavour variations.
    I vividly remember the first time I tried eating tofu - I was a teenager and tried eating it raw - I was not impressed..
    It wasn’t until years later that I tried it again, and realized that tofu is an amazing ingredient that just needs some love and care.
    There are many different types of tofu - in this class I am going to focus on 4 types that are more common and are usually available in most grocery stores - extra firm, firm, medium firm, and soft tofu.
    This class includes 10 dishes - appetizers, mains, condiments, sides, and dessert too - each dish has its own step by step video, written recipe, ingredient and equipment list!
    Enjoy an intimate experience at your own home, as we meet new ingredients and flavours, learn helpful kitchen tips, and prepare yummy recipes from scratch, in a wonderful hands-on experience.
