Description
Start your own practice with the Warm Up Sequence in the first section, and then you will learn fundamental yoga postures that are helpful for releasing stiffness of the physical body and keep a healthy back. Afterwards there are three Complete Practices Sequence in the last section, you can learn how to integrate each single yoga posture into your own practice and plan your own sequence.
In this course, you will also learn how to use different props, e.g., belt, brick, chair, etc., to assist you when you move into the pose. The Asana practice in Section II, III, & IV include the sitting, standing, and reclining postures that are good for our back. The instructions are based on Hatha Yoga, you will also learn the alignments when move into each pose. The Sanskrit name and the benefit of each yoga postures taught in this course is explained in each lecture, for you to have a better understanding about the practice that you take for yourself.
This course is led by the certified YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider). After the completion, one can acquire a Yoga Alliance certificate of Continuing Education (CE) sending a message to the course instructor to request for the certificate.
