Description
Would you like to experience the world famous benefits of yoga but don't know where to start?
Greater flexibility, increased range of motion, improved posture, a better understanding of your body, enhanced coordination, the alleviation of back pain, greater core strength, better focus, reduced stress, deeper sleep and a reduction in your risk of injury.
Then, this is the course for you!
My name is Abi Carver and I’ve designed this course to help you set up a daily yoga practice in just 15 minutes a day.
What is yoga?
Yoga is a bodyweight training system that combines breath and movement to keep your body healthy and your mind calm and clear.
As a yoga teacher for 10 years, teaching hundreds of thousands of students online, I have devised a method that simplifies this transformative discipline so that it is accessible to beginners with little or no experience.
The style that I teach is easy to understand, non-spiritual and optimised for the time-crunched life. Unfortunately, most of us do not have the luxury of dedicating a couple of hours every day to exercise and self-care. Which is why, after much experimentation, I have discovered that the minimum effective dose for yoga is 15 minutes a day. Just enough time for a warm up, targeted session and cool down.
Little and often is the key!
How does this course work?
This course comprises 15 videos that each last 15 minutes. And that is 15 full minutes of yoga instruction as I like to keep things to the point! Each of the videos is carefully designed so that by the end of the course you will have released tension in every muscle of your body and improved mobility at every joint. Along the way, you will learn how to breathe optimally and listen to your body.

It was really refreshing as the whole body is energized and it improves my mobility. This was a good match for me as I started work my mind was clear and uncluttered I could go through my daily tasks in a calm and collective manner.
