Designing, Modelling and Analysis of Power Electronics Components using Proteus and Simulink

What you'll learn
Introduction to power electronics and power electronics components. Modelling of power electronics converter using Matlab Simulink.
Requirements
You should have basic knowledge of Electrical Engineering
Description
This course is to guide the persons interested to proceed in the field of power electronics. I will cover a variety of power electronics components and analyze their behavior using different software.

Introduction to Diode, Thyristors, DIAC, TRIAC and their application in different equipment

Introduction to Zener Diode and its application in power supply units

Development of Power Electronics Converters (Designing, Modelling, and Analysis)

Development of Power Systems comprising of different power electronics equipment

Development of Smart Grids comprising of different conventional and non-conventional energy sources.

Development of schematics using proteus.

Development of PCB designs for customized requirements

Integration of microcontroller in simulation software to develop and observe the working of different algorithems.

The course is highly recommended for students of electrical and electronics engineering as it will help them to get a stronger grip on the basic concepts of electrical engineering.

Each topic of this course will be explained using simulation software and comparative analysis to clearly observe the use and effectiveness of particular equipment.

Instead of using hardware components, I will be developing different programming algorithms using micro-controllers and will simulate them using a software environment, thus apart from circuit analysis, we will also be working on the programming.

Further, if you guys want me to cover any particular topic, send me a message and I will develop a lecture on it.
