    Frank Mertens runs a successful karate school in Madrid, which he has taken over from his master. He had been murdered by unknown persons. The short-lived drug dealer Van Bullock, however, decides to open his own karate school in the same street. For this purpose, Van Bullock Mertens rushes first a broker, and when this is unsuccessful, a gang of Kung Fu fighters on the neck. Mertens remains victorious in the fight.
