This is based on the real story of Wang Yan, a 13-year-old girl living in a small village of Ningxia Region in northwest China nowadays, being very poor, she has to struggle desperately in Summer vacation by herself for the education fee which is only 24.80 Yuan one term. Conquering so many difficulties, Wang Yan appears on time in school when the new term begins, in whose hands lies all the fee of 24.8 Yuan soaked by sweats.
