Серия 5 - Таежный край: Здесь не редкость встретить висящих на деревьях черных азиатских медведей, бурундуков, снующих в поисках пищи, а также пятнистых ланей, грациозно спускающихся к воде, чтобы пополнить свой рацион бурыми водорослями. Само присутствие оленей и ланей привлекает сюда самого крупного хищника в этом краю - амурского тигра. Но и самой большой в мире дикой кошке тоже грозит опасность. Браконьерство и разорение мест обитания тигров в уссурийской тайге России в течение многих лет создали реальную угрозу исчезновения этого редкого животного.
