In "Special Delivery," Emily Elizabeth entrusts Clifford to take a package to the post office. However, upon arriving, Clifford's friend Cleo talks him into opening the package to see what's inside. (For convenience, Clifford and the dogs can talk, but only to each other.) When Clifford tries to hide what he did from Emily Elizabeth, his conscience won't give him peace until he comes clean.

A lesson about prejudice is the focal point of "Welcome to Birdwell Island," as Emily Elizabeth recounts to a friend how Clifford was initially misjudged when the family moved to the island, and it was only when he helped put out a fire that everyone saw he wasn't going to be a giant nuisance.

Clifford's friend T-Bone takes a toy that isn't his from a pet store owner. Feeling guilty, he can't sleep, recalling how he felt as a puppy when one of his toys was taken away by others. "Doing the Right Thing" and returning the toy is the only way for him to feel better.

When Cleo, T-Bone and Clifford hear the tall tales of a giant skunk that haunts the woods of Birdwell Island, Cleo thinks it would be funny to fool her friends into thinking she's being trapped by the beast. But after several of her tricks, she ends up getting really hung up on a bush, and her calls for help fall on deaf ears in "The Dog Who Cried Woof."

In the final episode, Emily Elizabeth's friend Jetta gives her a pink sweater from her collection, only to realize too late that her castoff was actually a gift from her grandmother. Rather than admit to her embarassing mistake, Jetta tries several different attempts to sneak the sweater away from Emily Elizabeth.

This disc also includes a collection of "Big Fun Features," which are actually six episodes of "Speckle Stories." Speckles is a children's book character who is a favorite of Clifford, so the tales - each about two minutes in length - are presented in the framework of Emily Elizabeth reading another story to Clifford about the character.
