Dieci anni dopo aver sconfitto il mostruoso Kraken, Perseus, il semidio figlio di Zeus, cerca di trascorrere una vita più tranquilla facendo il pescatore e allevando da solo il figlioletto di 10 anni, Helius. Intanto scoppia una lotta per il potere tra Dei e Titani. Indeboliti pericolosamente dalla mancanza di devozione dell'umanità, gli Dei stanno perdendo il controllo dei Titani prigionieri e del loro feroce capo, Crono, padre dei fratelli Zeus, Ade e Poseidone, che in passato lo avevano rovesciato e condannato a marcire negli abissi del Tartaro, una tenebrosa prigione sotterranea nel profondo degli inferi. Perseus non può far finta di nulla quando Ade, insieme ad Ares il devoto figlio di Zeus, tradisce e stringe un accordo con Crono per catturare Zeus. La forza dei Titani cresce sempre di più, mentre diminuisce quella di Zeus, e sulla terra si scatena l'inferno. Con l'aiuto della regina guerriera Andromeda, di Argenor il figlio semidio di Poseidone, e del Dio caduto in disgrazia Hephaestus, Perseus si addentra coraggiosamente nell'oltretomba per salvare Zeus, rovesciare i Titani e salvare il genere umano.

A decade after his heroic defeat of the monstrous Kraken, Perseus-the demigod son of Zeus-is attempting to live a quieter life as a village fisherman and the sole parent to his 10-year old son, Helius. Meanwhile, a struggle for supremacy rages between the gods and the Titans. Dangerously weakened by humanity's lack of devotion, the gods are losing control of the imprisoned Titans and their ferocious leader, Kronos, father of the long-ruling brothers Zeus, Hades and Poseidon. The triumvirate had overthrown their powerful father long ago, leaving him to rot in the gloomy abyss of Tartarus, a dungeon that lies deep within the cavernous underworld. Perseus cannot ignore his true calling when Hades, along with Zeus' godly son, Ares (Edgar Ramírez), switch loyalty and make a deal with Kronos to capture Zeus. Recovery Volumes (.rev)
Recovery volumes or .rev files are special files which can be created by WinRAR/RAR and allow you to reconstruct missing and damaged files in a volume set. They can
only be used with multi-volume archives.
This feature may be useful for backups or, for example, when you post a multivolume archive to a newsgroup and some of the subscribers did not receive some files. Reposting recovery volumes instead of usual volumes may reduce the total number of files to repost.
Each recovery volume is able to reconstruct one missing RAR volume. For example, if you have 30 volumes and 3 recovery volumes, you are able to reconstruct any 3 missing volumes. If the number of .rev files is less than a number of missing volumes, reconstructing is impossible. The total number of usual and recovery volumes must not exceed 255 and the number of recovery volumes must be less than the number of RAR volumes.
WinRAR reconstructs missing and damaged volumes either when clicking on .rev file, or when using rc command or automatically, if it cannot locate the next volume and finds the required number of .rev files when unpacking.
You may use the "Recovery volumes" option in the Archive name and parameters dialog or a similar option also appears in the Protect archive command to create recovery volumes. In the command line mode you may do it with -rv switch or rv command.
Original copies of damaged volumes are renamed to *.bad before reconstruction. For example, volname.part03.rar will be renamed to volname.part03.rar.bad.
