Una notte a Parigi, il giovane immigrato senegalese Driss è alla guida della Maserati Quattroporte di Philippe, milionario tetraplegico, a cui presta assistenza. A causa della guida spericolata i due vengono inseguiti e bloccati dalla polizia: d'accordo con Philippe, Driss finge davanti agli agenti che Philippe abbia urgenza di recarsi in ospedale a causa della sua malattia e riesce ad ingannare la polizia, ottenendo la loro scorta fino all'ospedale, dove poi se ne vanno.

La storia dei due uomini viene poi raccontata con un lungo flashback, che occupa la maggior parte del film. Philippe è alla ricerca di un badante personale. Driss si presenta come candidato, ma non ha alcuna ambizione di farsi assumere: vuole solo accedere al sussidio di disoccupazione. Driss ritorna al piccolo appartamento che condivide con la sua famiglia allargata in uno squallido sobborgo. Sua zia, esasperata dal non aver avuto sue notizie da sei mesi, gli ordina di lasciare l'appartamento.

Il giorno dopo, Driss torna alla villa di Philippe per ritirare i suoi documenti e gli viene comunicato, con sua grande sorpresa, che è stato assunto per un periodo di prova. Dato il grado di disabilità di Philippe, Driss è costretto ad accompagnarlo in ogni momento della sua vita, scoprendone con stupore aspetti completamente diversi da quel che si aspettava. Nonostante alcune difficoltà iniziali, Driss si prende doverosamente cura del suo assistito, aiutandolo a non cadere nell'autocommiserazione o nel pietismo.

Il senegalese scopre poi che Philippe intrattiene una relazione epistolare con una donna, Eleonore, la quale non sa che Philippe è disabile. Driss lo incoraggia ad incontrarla, ad inviarle una foto, ma il milionario tentenna, temendo un rifiuto da parte di lei.

Quando Philippe scopre che un giovane fratellastro di Driss è coinvolto in brutti giri, consiglia all'amico di tornare in famiglia per prendersi cura del ragazzo. Driss torna nei sobborghi cittadini e trova un lavoro in un'azienda di trasporti. Nel frattempo Philippe assume nuovi badanti per sostituire Driss, ma non è felice con nessuno di loro e si lascia andare.

Yvonne, assistente personale di Philippe, è molto preoccupata e contatta Driss, che decide di portare Philippe a fare un giro in auto: l'azione torna così alla prima scena del film. Dopo essere sfuggiti alla polizia, i due raggiungono la costa atlantica e Driss, dopo averlo sistemato, lascia Philippe seduto al tavolo di un ristorante, dove Eleonore lo raggiunge.

La relation entre deux hommes issus de milieux différents : l'un, d'origine sénégalaise, vivant en banlieue parisienne, qui vient de purger une peine de six mois de prison et l'autre, riche tétraplégique, qui a engagé le premier comme auxiliaire de vie bien qu'il n'ait aucune formation particulière…
Intouchables est un film français réalisé par Olivier Nakache et Éric Toledano, sorti en France le 2 novembre 2011.
L'histoire est inspirée de la vie de Philippe Pozzo di Borgo (auteur du livre Le Second Souffle), tétraplégique depuis 1993, et de sa relation avec Abdel Yasmin Sellou, son aide à domicile, dont les rôles sont tenus respectivement par les acteurs François Cluzet et Omar Sy. Le générique de fin indique que 5 % des bénéfices réalisés par le film sont reversés à une association pour les personnes paralysées, "Simon de Cyrène"1, fondée par Laurent de Cherisey.

Recovery Volumes (.rev)
Recovery volumes or .rev files are special files which can be created by WinRAR/RAR and allow you to reconstruct missing and damaged files in a volume set. They can
only be used with multi-volume archives.
This feature may be useful for backups or, for example, when you post a multivolume archive to a newsgroup and some of the subscribers did not receive some files. Reposting recovery volumes instead of usual volumes may reduce the total number of files to repost.
Each recovery volume is able to reconstruct one missing RAR volume. For example, if you have 30 volumes and 3 recovery volumes, you are able to reconstruct any 3 missing volumes. If the number of .rev files is less than a number of missing volumes, reconstructing is impossible. The total number of usual and recovery volumes must not exceed 255 and the number of recovery volumes must be less than the number of RAR volumes.
WinRAR reconstructs missing and damaged volumes either when clicking on .rev file, or when using rc command or automatically, if it cannot locate the next volume and finds the required number of .rev files when unpacking.
You may use the "Recovery volumes" option in the Archive name and parameters dialog or a similar option also appears in the Protect archive command to create recovery volumes. In the command line mode you may do it with -rv switch or rv command.
Original copies of damaged volumes are renamed to *.bad before reconstruction. For example, volname.part03.rar will be renamed to volname.part03.rar.bad.
