    Charlie Barrett, parrain redoutable, trouve la table de son club préféré occupe par deux étudiants de bonne famille, Max Minot et Avery Chasten, fils d'un magnat local. Désireux de rencontrer le père d'Avery, Charlie décide de prendre un verre avec eux et accepte de les accompagner a un diner mondain. Mais cette promenade amicale se termine en enlèvement. Les deux jeunes gens sont persuades que seul Charlie peut les aider a retrouver Elise, la sœur d'Avery, kidnappée par deux affranchis qui demandent une rançon de deux millions de dollars.

    Ex-mob boss Christopher Walken is kidnapped by a group of four kids in a haphazard attempt at paying the ransom for another, separate kidnapping. Complexities arise as the group cannot seem to do anything right….
