I don't have too much to say on this. The video is one of the very few full length interviews or press conferences ever given by Dylan. Man of mystery that he is, he has never really had much of a relationship with the media, well, apart from maybe to wind them up.
You see him doing that here, having a laugh. The questions are sometimes verging on the ridiculous and shows you how times have changed. It is a fascinating watch even if you are not that interested in Dylan, there is much to see on this video.
